Yup, I have been watching too much daytime TV of late and it's started to get to me. It has made me realise that if only The Jeremy Kyle Show's "After Care" team did vasectomies the world would be a better place.

Today I spent a lot of my time in coffee shops in London. I think it is a great way to pass a day and you can learn a lot.
