Today Was Wet

Darn it. It's been my first day off in ages and I was really looking forward to nipping out for a coffee. I know, I do that even when it's not my day off but that's not the point here.

I got ready and was just about to walk out of the house when the heavens opened rain stopped play.

So, I took my coat off and made a coffee at home. Eugh, a home-made coffee. What is this, the olden days!

Well, the coffee was fine but it's not the same without someone offering me a muffin that I don't want, never have wanted and never will.

I need staff.
