Greedy MPs' New Rip-Off

MPs are to receive a tax-free payment of almost 25-thousand pounds every year simply for attending Parliament.

What! Even I'd turn up there for that dosh. It's a boring and dull place where you don't enjoy yourself, but isn't that the same description every workplace has? And for that money I'd sit there going, "Mmmmmer!" That's all they do, isn't it?

It's under proposals announced by the Prime Minister. I never understand why politicians are aloud to vote for their own pay rises. That's something we should have a referendum on.
